It was the playoff final of a season like no other – halted, resumed, and delayed by the global pandemic. Deni Avdija utilized that hiatus to transform himself, adding 6kg of muscle and returning to the court like a “shell from a cannon” – stronger, faster, and razor-sharp.

In the final against Maccabi Rishon LeZion, Coach Ioannis Sfairopoulos placed the young phenom in the starting five, giving him 26 crucial minutes. While the box score might seem modest by today’s NBA All-Star standards, young Deni dominated the floor with 7 rebounds, 2 steals, and 4 assists, leading the team to a championship trophy lift alongside Jake Cohen.

This was his final game in the Maccabi uniform. Days later, the club archived this jersey, personally signed by Deni. On November 18, 2020, he was selected in the NBA Draft, and a decision was made at Maccabi: One day, when this young star reaches the NBA All-Star Game, this blue jersey will be made available to one lucky collector.

Five years later, that moment has arrived. This is your chance to secure it.

A Historic First: The Official Maccabi Tel Aviv Store is proud to launch its first-ever auction – just moments before our very own #8 makes history as the first-ever Israeli in the NBA All-Star Game.
